Too big?
- Floor Light - Contact us to discuss your needs.
Too Small?
- Floor Light - Contact us to discuss your needs.
- Table Light - Upgrade your light to one of our Floor Lights (+£50).
Weight isn't right?
- Too heavy - Opt for our HD Pro or the HD Essential with the lightweight base which is half the weight and offers a slimline design.
- Not heavy enough - Opt for the HD Essential with the heavyweight base which offers a heavier base with a larger diameter.
Beam Width Too Narrow?
- High Definition Light - Adjust the beam control to the widest beam or try our diffuser ring.
- HD Essential - Upgrade to the HD Pro for our widest and variable beam.
Too Bright?
- HD Pro / HD Essential - Adjust the dimmer to adjust the light output. Please refer to your user guide for more information.
Not Bright Enough?
- HD Pro - Adjust the dimmer wheel or ensure the beam adjustment is on the narrow setting.
- HD Essential - Adjust the dimmer switch or upgrade to our HD Pro (+£100).
If you still wish to return your light, we can help you in a few simple steps:
- Contact Us: Let us know if you would like to return your light.
- Refund and Collection: Our team will issue you a full refund and schedule a collection date.
- Pack Your Light: Place your light back in its box and secure the lid.
- Attach Returns Label: Affix the returns label (located at the bottom of your invoice) over the existing address label on the box.
- Collection: Our carrier will collect your light on the arranged date and affix the relevant label to the box.
