If you have a High Definition, Alex or Classic Light and have decided you would like to swap it for another model within the 30-day risk-free trial, we can deliver your new light and collect the light you’re returning at the same time (UK Mainland).
Simply pack your existing light back into the box and affix the returns label (located at the bottom of your invoice) over the existing address label on the outside of the box.
Our carrier APC will deliver your new light and collect your existing light on a convenient date to suit you.
Please note – If you would like to swap your light and it is outside of your 30-day risk-free trial and under 1 year old, there will be a £50 charge plus the difference (if any).
