My light has gone dim

If your light has become dim, there are a couple of things you can try:

Firstly, your light may be equipped with a dimmer that, over time, has been adjusted to a lower brightness.

High Definition Lights:

All High Definition Lights are equipped with a dimmer. Look on the back of the light head for a dimmer wheel, and ensure it’s turned to the maximum brightness.

Alex and Classic Lights:

For Alex and Classic Lights, check the switch on the light head. If the switch is blank, your light has a dimmer. If it shows "0/1," it’s a non-dimmable model. For dimmable lights, hold the switch down when the light is on to cycle through brightness levels.

If, after adjusting the dimmer, the light is still not as bright as it should be, we recommend purchasing a new bulb, as the current one may be nearing the end of its life. To find the right replacement bulb for your light, click here.

If you’ve replaced the bulb and the light remains dim, it could indicate an issue with the LED driver, which is the power supply.
