Step 1: Troubleshoot Common Issues
Let’s start by seeing if your issue has a simple fix. We’ve gathered solutions to some of the most common light problems below. Click on the links for straightforward guidance:
Flickering Light?
A flickering light could mean the bulb is reaching the end of its life or that there’s an issue with the LED driver. Follow our steps to identify the cause.
Dim Light?
If your light’s brightness has faded, it may just need an adjustment or a bulb replacement. Check here to try a quick fix.
Loose Base?
Is the base of your lightweight model loose? You might be able to tighten it yourself with just a few tools.
Cordless Light Not Holding Charge?
If your cordless light only works while plugged in, the battery may no longer hold a charge and could need replacing.
Bulb Pin Stuck?
If a bulb pin has become stuck in the holder, don’t worry; here’s a safe method for removing it.
Step 2: Determine Warranty Status
If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, don’t worry; we’ll help you determine whether your light is still within warranty and guide you through our service options.
To check if your light is under warranty, look for a sticker on the base of the light. This sticker includes a 'hand-built' date, which indicates when your light was made. If this date falls within the last five years, your light is covered by our 5-year warranty.
Inside Warranty?
For lights still within their warranty period, we will resolve the issue at no cost, whether the light needs a replacement part or a repair. Here’s everything you need to know.
Outside Warranty?
If your light is outside of its warranty, we are still here to help. See details on out of warranty services here.
