Step 2: Determine Warranty Status

If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, don’t worry; we’ll help you determine whether your light is still within warranty and guide you through our service options.

To check if your light is under warranty, look for a sticker on the base of the light. This sticker includes a 'hand-built' date, which indicates when your light was made. If this date falls within the last five years, your light is covered by our 5-year warranty.

Inside Warranty?

For lights still within their warranty period, we will resolve the issue at no cost, whether the light needs a replacement part or a repair. Here’s everything you need to know.
