The bulb pin is stuck in the bulb holder

If the pin on your bulb becomes stuck in the bulb holder, there is a simple way to remove it:

1. Turn your light off, wait for it to cool and unplug it from the mains. 

2. Tilt the head of the light backwards to give you a clear view inside.

3. Hold the back of the light head securely.

4. Using a pair of tweezers or pliers, grip the protruding pin and gently pull it towards you.

The pin should loosen and come out of the bulb holder.
