You can cancel or change your order any time before your light leaves our factory. Please contact us to arrange this.
Changing Your Order:
We will cancel your original order and place a new one for you.
For security reasons, we do not store payment information, so we may need to take your payment details again.
If your order has already been despatched from our factory, please accept delivery, and we will collect it when we deliver your new order.
Cancelling Your Order:
When cancelling an order, we would be grateful if you could let us know the reason for the cancellation so we can ensure we didn’t let you down or fail you in any way.
If your light has already been despatched by our carrier APC, we will make every effort to recall it. If delivery is attempted, please refuse the package so it can be returned to our factory. You will then receive a full refund.
