How do I schedule a collection with APC Overnight?

You can contact us on, freephone 0800 028 1890 or via [email protected] and we will arrange a date to suit you. 


Can I choose a specific time for collection?

APC Overnight generally provides a range of time slots for collections and specific time slots are not guaranteed. However, you will receive a 2-hour collection time slot on the morning of the collection.


How should I prepare my parcel for collection?

Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged and correctly labelled. The returns label needs to be affixed over the existing address label on the outside of the box. 


What if I need to reschedule or cancel a collection?

To reschedule or cancel a collection, contact us at least one working day before the collection date to let us know. We will need to re-arrange the collection date. 


Can I arrange a collection for a weekend or bank holiday?

APC does not offer collections on weekends or bank holidays. APC will collect between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. 


Do I need to be present for the collection?

You generally do not need to be present for the collection as long as your parcel is ready and accessible. If you have specific instructions or access requirements, please ensure these are communicated at the time of booking.


What if my collection doesn't happen on the scheduled date?

Please do not worry, our team will monitor your collection and if it doesn't happen on the date you've arranged, we will re-book it for a date to suit you.  


Will APC give me a receipt once my light has been collected?

No, APC do not provide collection receipts but please do not worry, our team will monitor your collection to ensure it arrives back at our factory safely.
