Our High Definition, Alex & Classic Lights come with 5-year warranty. If your light stops working or encounters a problem and is outside of the warranty, we can repair it for you.
Our repair service costs £75.
Here’s how the process works:
- We will send you an empty box to pack your light for return.
- Our carrier, APC, will arrange to collect the faulty light. For more info on collections, please refer to Carrier Collections.
- The light will be transported to our factory, where our technicians will assess the issue.
- Any necessary repairs will be carried out, damaged parts will be replaced, and a new bulb will be fitted if needed.
- The light will be repackaged and despatched back to you via APC.
Your repaired light will be covered by a 1-year warranty.
Please Note - We no longer repair halogen lights. Faulty halogen lights will be repaired and upgraded to LED.
If you have an older halogen light which has developed a fault and wish to upgrade to our latest LED technology, we offer the following options:
- HD Legacy Light Repair & LED Upgrade: £150
- Alex or Classic Halogen Repair & LED Upgrade: £95
