In-Warranty Repairs

Our High Definition, Alex & Classic Lights come with 5-year warranty. If your light stops working or encounters a fault within the warranty period, we will provide a free repair. 


Here’s how the process works:

  1. We will send you an empty box to pack your light for return.
  2. Our carrier, DHL, will collect your faulty light. For more info on collections, please refer to Carrier Collections.
  3. The light will be transported to our factory, where our technicians will assess the issue.
  4. Any necessary repairs will be carried out, damaged parts will be replaced, and a new bulb will be fitted if needed.
  5. The light will be repackaged and despatched back to you via DHL.


Your repaired light will be covered by a 1-year warranty or the remainder of your original warranty, whichever is longer.


Please Note: 

The EU and UK Governments banned the production of new halogen lights in 2021. Since then, we have not been able to make any more and the production of key components has had to stop. This means that sadly, after more than three years we have finally run out of the parts needed to service and repair halogen lights. 
This is not a decision we would have made, but we have to follow the law.


If you have our HD Legacy Light that's inside warranty and there is a fault with the head of your light, your light will be upgraded to our latest LED technology free of charge. Please see LED Upgrades for more information.
