Carrier Collections

If you're returning your light for a repair, refund or part-exchange, we will arrange for it to be collected on a convenient date via our carrier APC Overnight. 


Once you have placed your light into the box, place the returns label (located at the bottom of your invoice) over the existing address label on the outside the box. 


Close the box and affix the sealing labels over the outside of the box to secure it. 


We will then arrange for your light to be collected on a convenient date. If arranged before 5pm, we can arrange a collection for the next working day. 


Next-Day Collection
: APC collects Monday to Friday.


Once your light has been collected, it will then make the journey back to our factory. This can take up to 3 working days (UK Mainland) and 5 working days (Non-Mainland UK).   


Tracking your collection: APC will send you an email on the morning of the collection before 10am with a 2-hour estimated time of arrival. 


Leave safe instructions: You can give us permission to collect your order from a safe place e.g. porch or garage. 


Overseas Collections: We do not offer collections from addresses outside of the UK.
