If you have a Cordless Light that works when plugged into a mains socket but turns off as soon as it's unplugged, this indicates that the battery is no longer holding a charge and will need to be replaced.
Our Cordless Batteries offer a 1-year guarantee so if your battery is within warranty, please let us know and we will send you a free of charge replacement.
If your battery is over 1-year old, you will need to purchase a replacement.
