Our High Definition, Alex & Classic Lights come with 5-year warranty. If your light stops working or encounters a fault within the warranty period, we will provide a free repair.
Here’s how the process works:
- We will send you an empty box to pack your light for return.
- Our carrier, APC, will collect your faulty light. For more info on collections, please refer to Carrier Collections.
- The light will be transported to our factory, where our technicians will assess the issue.
- Any necessary repairs will be carried out, damaged parts will be replaced, and a new bulb will be fitted if needed.
- The light will be repackaged and despatched back to you via APC.
Your repaired light will be covered by a 1-year warranty or the remainder of your original warranty, whichever is longer.
Please Note: If you have our HD Legacy Light that is inside warranty and there is a fault with the head of your light, your light will be upgraded to our latest LED technology free of charge. Please see LED Upgrades for more information.
