Bulb Warranty Information

The lights listed below include a warranty covering the bulbs against faults or failure within the applicable warranty period.

Warranty Details:

HD Pro & Original Light Engines: 5 years

HD Essential Bulbs: 3 years

Alex LED Light Bulbs: 3 years

Classic LED Light Bulbs: 2 years

HD Mini Lights Bulbs: 1 year

If your bulb stops working within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement. If your bulb stops working outside of the warranty, you will need to purchase a new one.

To find out whether your bulb is within warranty, check your invoice or order confirmation email. If you can't locate either of those, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Please Note: Halogen bulbs are not covered under warranty.
