UK Delivery

Our lights are delivered by APC Overnight. 

What is delivered via APC?

• High Definition, Alex and Classic Floor & Table Lights
• Levo Products
• Smaller orders that exceed the weight limit of 2kg

Delivery Times 

Next-Day Delivery: APC delivers Monday to Saturday. Once your order has been despatched, APC will aim to deliver your order on the next working day.

UK Mainland - Delivery is usually within 5 Working Days but you can choose a convenient date for delivery - £12.95

UK Non-Mainland - Delivery is usually within 10 Working Days - £12.95 

If the order is required urgently contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Parcel journey: Your order will leave our Factory → High Wycombe (sending depot) → Main Hub → Local delivery depot → Delivered to you. 

Tracking your order: Once your order has been despatched, APC will send you an email or an SMS text on the morning of delivery before 10am to give you a 2-hour delivery time slot so you can plan the rest of your day.

Leave safe instructions: You can give us permission to leave your order with a neighbour or in a safe place e.g. a garage.

Other services (available upon request) include:

• PRE-10am – Delivery guaranteed before 10am - £27
• PRE-12pm - Delivery guaranteed before Midday - £20

We have learned over the decades that no carrier is ever perfect and sometimes things can go awry. If your delivery doesn’t go to plan, please do not worry. We will check if it has been delivered first thing on the next working day and if not, we will work with APC on your behalf to sort it out.

Royal Mail 

For smaller items such as bulbs, accessories & lights under 2kg are delivered on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Lights delivered via Royal Mail are ROAM, CLEANSE, BREEZE, SANITISE, NOMAD, Compact & Compact Cordless Lights.  

Delivery Charge - £3.95

Tracked Services

• Tracked24 – 1 – 2 working days (Available upon request)
• Tracked48 – 2 – 3 working days
• International – Up to 7 working days

Once your order leaves our factory, you will receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking information.

You will be able to track, re-direct and make changes to your delivery.

Please note – For orders sent overseas on the Royal Mail International service may be subject to custom duties.
