Delivery Times
We will aim to despatch your order from our factory within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Once your order leaves our factory, it is in the hands of FedEx who will aim to deliver your order within 10 working days. FedEx deliver between 8am - 8pm (GST) Monday to Sunday.
If the order is required urgently, contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Tracking your order: Once your order has been despatched, a member of our team will contact you with your tracking information so you can track its journey.
Leave safe instructions: You can give us permission to leave your order with a neighbour or in a safe place e.g. a garage.
Delivery Charges: Customers outside of the UK will pay the full price for the product plus the relevant shipping cost. Custom duties & taxes:
We will pay the duties and taxes so you should not be charged extra from FedEx or Customs. If that does happen, please let us know.
We have learned over the decades that no carrier is ever perfect and sometimes things can go awry. If your delivery doesn’t go to plan, please do not worry. Our Customer Service team will contact FedEx on your behalf to sort it out.
