Every Serious Light comes with a 30-day risk-free trial period, allowing you to experience the light in your home risk-free for 30 days from the date of delivery.
We encourage you to take advantage of the entire 30-day trial before making a decision.
If, within the trial period, you find that the light does not meet your expectations, simply contact us to arrange a return for a full refund or to exchange it for a different model that may better suit your needs.

We will arrange for our carrier APC to collect your light from you. Please refer to Carrier Collections for more information.
Please note that free returns are available for orders delivered within mainland UK. For non-Mainland UK, there is a £30 charge for collections which will be deducted from your refund.
For returns outside the UK, you will need to arrange the return at your own expense.
