Royal Mail Collections

If you're returning bulbs, accessories or smaller lights under 2kg, you can use the Royal Mail Returns Label. 

If you do not have a Royal Mail returns label, please address your parcel to - FREEPOST SERIOUS READERS

You can also arrange a collection on the Royal Mail website. 

Simply affix the Royal Mail returns label to the outside of the parcel, over the existing label. 

To book a collection: 

1. Visit send.royalmail.com/collect 

2. Input the tracking number shown on the Royal Mail returns label

3. Select ‘small parcel’

4. Select ‘up to 2kg’ 

5. Enter collection details

6. Select preferred date for collection and enter safe place instructions

7. Add to basket

8. Enter email address

9. Complete purchase

Once you have arranged your collection, Royal Mail will send you an email to confirm the date and to give you a time slot. 

You will be able to track your return using the tracking number on the returns label. 

If arranging a collection isn't convenient for you, you can also return items to us by taking the package to your local post office or placing them inside a postbox. Please just affix the Royal Mail Tracked 48 Returns Label to the top of the parcel.
